Understand and Govern: the SenangAI platform.

Understand: connected knowledge

A contract is not just a file. It sits with the project, the people, the decision and the obligation that belong with it. Ask “why” or “who decided” and those links are the answer, with their sources.

That is the difference between a private knowledge base and a folder of PDFs with a chat box on top. People, projects, decisions, contracts and obligations stay related as they relate at work. Govern: identity, scope, proof

Identity and scope are checked before anything is read. A person in finance does not receive a legal memo as a helpful extra. A denied request produces an audit event, not a leaked paragraph.

You register which models are permitted to run, and nothing else runs. Budgets are enforced at organisation and person level. That is governance as a running control, not a quarterly report. Agathon’s 2026 note on sovereign AI governance is right about the stall point: programmes fail in the gap between documented controls and operational reality. Paperwork cannot see an untested denial.

Automatic records, not reconstructed ones

The EU AI Act Article 12 requires high-risk systems to technically allow automatic recording of events over the lifetime of the system. Article 19 specifies timestamps, inputs that led to a match, and the people who verified a result. Retention is at least six months. NIST Measure is the voluntary overlay. DeepInspect’s crosswalk is blunt: a NIST-aligned system that only produces application metrics will fail Article 12.

SenangAI produces the record as work happens: what was asked, which sources were used, which model ran, what it cost, who approved it, and which attempts were denied. That record is exportable.
