This policy covers this website. It is separate from the SenangAI platform, whose handling of customer data is governed by your agreement with us.

What this site collects

This website is a static marketing site. It does not run advertising pixels, and we do not sell personal information or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

We use Google Analytics (gtag, measurement ID G-B3K6L4QBL8) to see which pages are visited. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and the pages you open. That is a third-party analytics tracker, not advertising. If you would rather not be measured, write to hello@kognosys.com and we will answer without you needing to browse.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard request data (such as your IP address) to serve them.

What you send us

If you email hello@kognosys.com, we receive what you send — your address and your message — and we use it only to respond and to conduct the conversation you started. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Retention and your rights

Correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship it belongs to, then deleted on request or in routine housekeeping. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for its deletion — write to hello@kognosys.com and a founder will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
